About us

Redland Originals is a small family-run business in Texas making laser-engraved cooler tops, hats, drinkware and custom goods. These terms apply to all orders placed through redlandoriginals.com.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm the order or ship it. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full — for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we are unable to produce the design requested.

Custom artwork and designs

If you supply a logo, image, brand or other artwork to be engraved, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you agree that Redland Originals is not responsible for any claim arising from engraving artwork you supplied. We may decline any artwork at our discretion.

For designs we create for you, we retain the right to display photographs of completed work as examples of our craftsmanship, unless you ask us in writing not to.

Proofs and approvals

For custom work we send a mockup for your approval before engraving. Please check spelling, names, dates and layout carefully. Once you approve a design it goes into production as approved, and we cannot offer a refund or remake for errors carried over from an approved proof.

Products

Our items are handmade and engraved to order, so slight variation between pieces is normal and is not a defect. Foam and material colors may look different on your screen than in person. Cooler tops are made to fit specific cooler brands and models — please confirm your exact model before ordering. Coolers are not included with cooler top purchases.

Our products are decorative and are intended for ordinary consumer use.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Pricing for highly detailed artwork or unusual requests may exceed listed prices; any additional cost is discussed and approved by you before payment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redland Originals' liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
