Shipping policy

Everything is made to order

We engrave each piece after you order it, so production time comes before shipping time.

Ready-made designs with no personalization ship in 2–3 business days. Custom and personalized work takes 1–2 weeks from the date you approve your design. For custom orders that clock starts at mockup approval, not at checkout — the faster you approve, the faster it ships.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is $8.00, and free on orders over $75. Express shipping is $15.00. Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Express shortens transit time only. It does not shorten production time. If you need something by a specific date, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not able to cover reshipping costs on packages returned due to an incorrect address.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email info@redlandoriginals.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
