Real leather patches, laser engraved in house in Midlothian, Texas, on Richardson blanks. Pick a shape, pick a color, and send us your logo — a ranch brand, a company mark, a family name, whatever you want burned into it.
Ships within two weeks of design approval. We order your blanks, engrave them, assemble and ship. The clock starts once you have approved the artwork rather than when you order, so the sooner we settle the design the sooner it moves.

The same price per hat whichever style and color you choose. The more you order, the less each one costs.

Patch colors
Three leathers, all engraved to black. Dark Brown is the deepest and gives the most contrast. Rawhide sits in the middle with a warm rust tone. Saddle is the lightest. Every example below says which one is shown.
Richardson 112 Snapback Trucker
The workhorse. Structured front, mesh back, snapback closure. If someone pictures a leather patch hat, this is the shape they are picturing.

The same idea as the 112 with a lower, flatter crown. It sits closer to the head and reads a little more modern.
